Ana leads People & Culture at CPP Europe, drawing on a background in inclusive leadership, culture transformation, and scaling HR operations in high-growth, mission-driven organisations. She began her career in Mexico at Bitso–one of the country’s first unicorns–where she led a company-wide culture transformation during a phase of rapid expansion.

Before joining CPP, Ana spearheaded a range of culture and HR initiatives at parkrun, one of the UK’s most impactful charities, developing global performance frameworks, inclusive policies, and HR infrastructure across the UK, Ireland, and Australia. She has worked across consulting, fintech, and the charity sector, always focused on building people systems that grow with the business.

Ana holds a BA in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with further studies in International HR Management in Paris, and is completing her CIPD Level 7 qualification. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Originally from Mexico, she moved to London three years ago. Outside of work, she is a passionate semi-professional dancer with over 25 years of experience and a committed runner who has completed three half-marathons.
