Aurelie leads budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning at CPP Europe, providing clear insight into performance across both clinic and Group level. She works closely with clinic teams, the CEO and wider leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making, performance management and owns the finance projects roadmap covering FP&A, reporting, systems and controls.

Prior to joining CPP Europe, Aurelie most recently served as Head of Group FP&A at Unilabs, following her role as Director, FP&A Corporate Europe at Ralph Lauren, and earlier positions in Capex Steering and Retail Finance at Groupe Rocher and Petit Bateau. She owns the finance projects roadmap brings extensive experience across FP&A, strategic planning and business partnering, with a strong track record of helping leadership teams drive performance and support business growth. 

Based in Geneva, Aurelie enjoys travelling, skiing and hiking, as well as discovering new restaurants and hidden gems around the city.
