Griet joined CPP Europe in December, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial leadership across multiple industries. She began her career in the construction sector, where she established finance departments in Russia and Africa, navigating complex turnaround situations.

After more than a decade abroad, she returned to Europe to take on the finance lead role at Unilabs, a Swiss medical company, where she led a team of 25 finance professionals overseeing 30 Swiss legal entities. She played a key role in implementing an ERP system, strengthening internal controls, and optimising financial processes.

Originally from Belgium, Griet holds a Master’s degree from Ghent University and is fluent in Dutch, French, English, and German. Outside of work, she has a passion for endurance sports.
