Isabella leads integration at CPP Europe, supporting new clinics as they join the group and ensuring change is delivered smoothly and sustainably. She brings experience in strategy consulting from Open Cities and Eden McCallum, where she advised clients across sectors on growth, organisational design, and large-scale transformation. 

Originally from London, Isabella holds a BA in Philosophy and Psychology (PPL) from the University of Oxford. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for friends, being disappointed by Arsenal, and trying (sometimes successfully) to enjoy running.
