Jeff co-founded Victoria Park, one of Canada’s top-rated medispas. As CEO from its founding in 2008 through 2024, he helped grow Victoria Park to 22 clinics and led the company to be recognised as the Best Medispa in Canada for the last three years of his tenure. In 2022, Jeff co-founded Cosmetic Physician Partners, which is projected to surpass 55 locations with over $30 million in EBITDA by the end of 2024. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for CPP and remains a board member at Victoria Park.

Earlier in his career, Jeff played a key role in scaling Hartco, a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange, from $200 million to over $700 million in revenue, expanding its footprint to over 150 locations across Canada between 1992 and 2007.

Jeff graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of Business in 1990. An Ironman finisher, he is actively involved in several charitable organizations, including the Climate Solutions Prize initiative, which he helped launch and has distributed over $6 million in funding to top climate tech innovators in Israel and Canada.

As with CPP, Jeff was deeply involved in the early stages of CPP Europe, from recruiting initial clinics to providing strategic guidance in the setup of its operational systems. As Chairman of CPP Europe, he remains actively engaged in ensuring its continued success.
