Marcin Słomczyński
Head of Partnership - Central & Eastern Europe
Marcin Słomczyński leads CPPE’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe, building on his extensive experience across the region. He previously served as a partner at White Star Real Estate, one of the leading regional real estate investment funds, and held a key leadership role as Head of Central Europe at R.Power Renewables—the region’s largest independent power producer, where he led strategic expansion initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Marcin worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on corporate transformation and value creation across various industries.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Laws from Jagiellonian University in Cracow, and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Cracow University of Economics. Marcin is fluent in Polish, English, and communicative in Spanish.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Marcin is passionate about endurance sports (marathon and Ironman finisher). He is also an avid traveller, having visited more than 115 countries, and a mountaineer who has summited 5 of the 7 Summits (the highest peaks on each continent). His interests also include 20th-century history and contemporary politics.
