Marta is an experienced attorney-at-law specializing in corporate law and M&A, based in Warsaw, Poland. Before joining CPPE, she worked with both international and domestic law firms in Warsaw and Madrid, including EY Law. Over the course of her career, she has been involved in numerous due diligence reviews, M&A transactions, and corporate restructuring projects.

She holds an LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, as well as a Master of Laws degree from Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Marta is fluent in Polish, English, and Spanish.

Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, running, and traveling.
