Nadia Skarba-Ramos is a People & Culture Generalist at CPPE, based in Warsaw, Poland, originally from the United States. She brings experience supporting people operations across digital marketing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and financial services, spanning both start-up and mid-sized organizations.

Prior to joining CPPE, she was part of the HR team at Symetra Financial Corporation, a remote-first organization recognized by Fortune and Great Place to Work for its award-winning culture and employee experience. Her work focuses on fostering high-performance cultures and delivering people initiatives that drive engagement and business impact.

Nadia holds a BA in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is fluent in English and Polish. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, tennis, and exploring new places.
