Nils oversees operations at CPP Europe, drawing on his background in strategy consulting and private equity. Before joining CPP, he advised clients across industries as a Management Consultant at Efficio and Eden McCallum, specialising in procurement, operating models, and growth strategies. He later transitioned into growth equity at Verlinvest before shifting from investor to operator through his introduction to the CPP team.

As CPP Europe’s second employee, Nils played a key role in launching its expansion. Originally from Sweden, he holds a BSc from the University of Warwick and an MBA from INSEAD. Fluent in English and Swedish (and steadily improving his Spanish), he enjoys playing hockey and has developed a growing passion for Padel.
