Nina brings a strong background in CRM strategy and operational efficiency, along with a love of beauty and skincare to her role as Senior CRM Associate at CPP Europe. She works closely with partner clinics to streamline patient journeys, optimise lead pipelines, and implement sustainable growth strategies driven by data and insight.

 Before joining CPP, Nina spent six years in sales at a high-growth start-up as its first employee, driving significant revenue and building lasting client relationships. She later moved into a finance analyst role at a property fintech, managing client accounts, refining operational processes, and ensuring financial accuracy. 

Nina holds a BA in Philosophy, Religion & Ethics from King’s College London. Based in London, she is passionate about art, music, and travel, and enjoys singing, playing piano, swimming and baking.
