Pawel oversees value creation at CPP Europe, partnering closely with stakeholders to improve profitability and operational efficiency. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where he advised global organizations on corporate transformations, growth strategies, and large-scale performance improvement initiatives.

 Pawel holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Politechnika Warszawska. Having lived and worked in Poland, France, and Singapore, he gained valuable international experience and cross-cultural perspective. Outside of work, he enjoys playing padel and has a strong interest in cinema and contemporary politics.
