Roshana is a member of the Partnerships team at CPP Europe, where she leads the financial and operational diligence process for clinics interested in partnering with the business and supports the group's expansion across Europe.

Prior to joining CPP Europe, she worked in private equity at Federated Hermes Private Equity in London. She also has transaction advisory expertise from her time at Alvarez & Marsal in London and Ernst & Young in Sydney.

Originally from Australia, Roshana holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International) with Honours from the University of New South Wales and is a CFA charterholder. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling and experimenting with new recipes. Since relocating to Geneva, she has also taken on the challenge of improving her French.
