Tamara manages clinic optimization at CPP Europe, working with partners to drive clinic profitability and operational efficiency. She brings experience from McKinsey & Company, where she advised leading organisations across the Middle East on growth strategy and performance improvement.

Tamara was born in Jordan and raised in Bahrain, completed her BSc in Finance at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and most recently earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates and baking dairy-free desserts.
