Mr David Gateley, FRCS, is Medical Director of Nakedhealth Medispa and one of the UK’s leading Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. With extensive experience across both surgical and non-surgical aesthetics, he is known for delivering refined, natural-looking results tailored to each individual. His expertise spans facial rejuvenation, skin surgery, and advanced body contouring, combining clinical precision with a considered, patient-focused approach.
Mr Gateley offers a wide range of surgical procedures, including the removal of moles and skin lesions, blepharoplasty, micro liposuction for targeted areas such as the chin and knees, and fat transfer for natural facial volume. Alongside this, he provides advanced non-surgical treatments, including Botulinum Toxin, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and medical-grade skin peels, allowing patients to explore both subtle enhancements and more transformative outcomes.

Julia Gateley has been an integral part of Nakedhealth since its launch in 2004.
She works closely across both the surgical cosmetic practice and the medispa, ensuring a seamless connection between the two. As Registered Manager, Julia oversees all CQC requirements and plays a key role in maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care, safety, and service quality.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, she ensures that every aspect of the patient experience meets the highest regulatory and clinical standards.
Louise Stewart

Louise Stewart brings over 40 years of experience in the health and aesthetics industry, with a career defined by innovation, exceptional patient care, and a passion for building, motivating, and leading loyal, high-performing teams.
She founded Village Affair in Wimbledon Village in 1980, building it into a highly successful clinic before its acquisition by the DoveSpa Group in 2001. She also established and led The Clinic at The Harbour Club, Chelsea during its early years, introducing many clients to advanced aesthetic treatments for the first time.
As the industry evolved, Louise remained at the forefront, embracing emerging technologies and shaping the shift towards more advanced, results-driven treatments.
She has worked alongside several leading practitioners, including David Gateley on Harley Street, before co-founding Nakedhealth, one of the UK’s first medispa concepts and a benchmark for modern, integrated aesthetic care.
